My favourite everyday Ascella red for sure! Goes with everything and the flavour is a real crowd pleaser. Always have a few bottles to go ready for that gathering that becomes an impromptu meal.

Deep ruby color, lively legs with a gentle ripe cherry nose. A surprisingly unique blend of flavors beyond the typicality of a straight Shiraz. The blend of Merlot and Chambourcin within organic processing is delightfully distinctive. The development from an initial fruit flavor through a complex middle and a gentle finish is consistent with the depth of a wine with a much higher price value. Well done.
