Trade and Export

• Ascella warrants all wine to equal the quality tasted by customers prior to Shipment
• Trade wine shipments are COD or net 30 days upon approved credit
• Export wine shipments are by Pre-payment, Letter of Credit or FOB where approved

Trade Conditions of Sale

• Terms are COD or cash in advance unless credit arrangements agreed to prior to sale.
• All Credit terms are net 30 days unless varied in writing by Ascella Pure Wine.
• Title and Rights to ownership of all wine sold remains with Ascella Pure Wine until account is paid for in full.
